Marty graduated from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is continuing his education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, majoring in Urban and Environmental Engineering. Marty is an Executive Vice President, the Director of Safety, and Corporate Secretary. Additionally, Marty oversees all grading operations self-performed by J.M. Thompson’s own site division.
