J.M. Thompson constructed a four-story, 80,000 square foot, steel-frame classroom and office building. Site work included grading for building pad, new parking lots and extension of existing parking lots. The construction of Wake Tech also consisted of upgrades to existing physical plant.
From project inception through completion, the design and construction teams never wavered in making certain the owner’s needs were first and foremost. In doing so, they were able to deliver an award-winning building on time and under budget.
