This project involved the renovation and addition of 234,000 square feet of space to be used for technology, welding, and robotic machining operations and training. The renovations included site utilities, (water, sanitary sewer and storm), structural steel, complete fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical system, demolition, concrete, ceilings, flooring, and all finishes required by owner.
