This project is a office headquarters and vehicle maintenance facility. The site work was constructed to exceed the Department of Transportation specifications which included concrete paving on a 17-acre vehicle parking facility, fueling systems, fuel storage tanks, and self-sustaining landscaping. The structure includes a 16,500 square foot vegetative roof with solar panels. The building was designed in anticipation of the Gold LEED Certification Level.
