J.M. Thompson transformed an older part of downtown Wendell into a modern event space with plenty of parking for the town to gather. This area serves as a great space for concerts and special events. Some of the project’s features include: food truck connections, electric car connections, gathering spaces with seating and infrastructure for a future underground powerline.
