Project Coordinator Postion

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to work directly with Project Manager, Estimators, and Superintendents in multiple aspects of project management and estimating assistance.  Knowledge and ability to work in PROCORE software is a big plus.

The Project Coordinator works directly with the Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents on the creation of project estimates and the management of projects from both the office and the field. This position has a vast array of responsibilities and requires the ability to multi-task on numerous projects, duties, and deadlines while always professionally representing our company.

 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, review, and distribute Submittals and manage submittal process
  • Receive, assist in reviewing and distribute RFIs
  • Assist in reviewing, distributing, and assembling bulletins
  • Assist in assembling and distributing subcontracts on multiple projects and following up on them
  • Assist in assembling and distributing subcontractor change orders
  • Assist in progress meeting documentation
  • Assist in project close-out
  • Collect and review subcontractor pay applications and sales tax reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist project manager in completing monthly owner pay application
  • Assist project manager with budget estimates
  • Typical office administration tasks
  • Create subcontractor bid lists
  • Call and communicate with bidding subcontractors and MWBE firms
  • Take multiple inbound phone calls and direct accordingly
  • Fill in at reception at front desk as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years commercial / Commercial construction industry experience
  • Bachelor’s/Associates degree desired, but not required if required skill set is presented
