J.M. Thompson constructed a series of phased renovations for four parks in Sanford, NC: Horton, O.T. Sloan, Temple and Kiwanis Children’s Park. These improvements included renovated tennis courts, basketball courts, and a baseball field along with new pickleball courts, playgrounds, and shelters. Site amenities included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and updated sidewalks and parking lots.
