As Director of Operations, Travis is responsible for the growth, strategy, and profitability of J.M. Thompson. He deals with employee management and the overall productivity of employees. Using analytics, Travis also oversees research and development for the business and constantly looks for ways the company can improve.
He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, continuing his education at Georgetown University with a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development. His past experience in construction as a superintendent and project manager allows him the ability to visit projects and immediately review the quality of work, schedule, efficiency of manpower, equipment, and safety.
