The Water Resources Operations Center is a 115,878 square foot project that involved the construction of new one and two-story buildings with spaces for general offices, police and fire facilities, warehouse facilities, specialized storage bins, and and automotive repair stations. The facility was built using a structural steel frame, masonry veneer and built-up roofing, as well as a pre-engineered metal building warehouse. Site work consisted of asphalt paving the driveway and parking areas, landscaping, modular block retaining walls, and extensive site utilities.
